Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Zetdo, including zetdo.com, app.zetdo.com, the mobile apps, subscriptions, customer communications, and related services.
Last updated:
1. Agreement
These Terms are a legal agreement between you and RBarbosa Software, CNPJ 32.993.774/0001-57, doing business as Zetdo. By creating an account, accessing Zetdo, subscribing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
If you use Zetdo for a company, client, team, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. "You" and "your" then refer to both you and that organization.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
- You must provide accurate account, company, billing, and contact information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping credentials, devices, and administrative access secure.
- You must notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
3. The service
Zetdo provides software for service businesses to manage companies, customers, quotes, sales, bookings, calendars, products, services, stock, reminders, billing-related workflows, and business records.
We may improve, modify, add, or remove features. We will avoid changes that materially reduce paid core functionality during a paid subscription term unless required for security, legal, provider, or operational reasons.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of the business data, customer records, files, and content you enter into Zetdo. You grant Zetdo the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, secure, display, and support that data to provide the service.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, quality, and rights associated with the data you upload, including customer contact details, appointment information, message content, and files.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use Zetdo for illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or discriminatory activity.
- Do not upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, bypass usage limits, interfere with the service, scan or test systems without permission, or reverse engineer restricted parts of the service.
- Do not send spam, unsolicited messages, unlawful marketing, misleading content, or messages to people who have opted out.
- Do not use Zetdo to process special-category, highly sensitive, health, biometric, financial-account, government-identifier, or children data unless your plan and written agreement with us explicitly allow it and you meet all legal requirements.
6. Messaging responsibilities
Zetdo can send transactional emails, SMS, WhatsApp confirmations, reminders, and related service messages on behalf of account holders. You are responsible for having permission and a lawful basis to contact each recipient, keeping recipient data accurate, honoring opt-outs, and ensuring message content complies with applicable messaging, marketing, privacy, and consumer-protection laws.
We may throttle, block, suspend, or refuse messages that create legal, provider, deliverability, reputation, security, or abuse risk.
7. Subscriptions, billing, cancellation, and taxes
- Paid plans are billed through Stripe or another payment provider shown at checkout. You authorize recurring charges for the plan, add-ons, taxes, and usage-based fees you choose.
- Where a trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from the account, billing portal, or by contacting support when self-service cancellation is unavailable.
- Cancellation stops the next renewal but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or expressly stated in writing.
- You are responsible for taxes, duties, bank charges, foreign exchange fees, and payment-provider fees that apply to your purchase.
8. Third-party services
Zetdo integrates with third-party services such as Microsoft Azure, Firebase, Stripe, Twilio, Meta WhatsApp, Resend, app stores, and other providers. Their services may have separate terms and privacy notices.
We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control, but we choose subprocessors and providers to support Zetdo securely and reliably.
9. Availability and support
We work to keep Zetdo reliable, secure, and available. During early commercial rollout, Zetdo does not provide a formal uptime service-level agreement unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Planned maintenance, provider incidents, emergency security work, internet failures, and force-majeure events may affect availability. We will communicate material incidents when reasonably practicable.
10. Intellectual property
Zetdo, zetdo.com, the software, product design, workflows, documentation, brand, logos, and content are owned by Zetdo or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use Zetdo for your internal business purposes during an active account or subscription. They do not transfer ownership of Zetdo intellectual property.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Zetdo and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, create security or legal risk, abuse the service, violate provider rules, or use Zetdo in a way that may harm Zetdo, users, recipients, or third parties.
After account closure, we may delete or anonymize data according to the Privacy Policy and our retention practices. You should request and keep any records you need before closing your account.
12. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zetdo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.
Zetdo helps operate a business, but it is not legal, tax, accounting, payroll, medical, financial, or professional advice. You remain responsible for your business decisions and compliance obligations.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zetdo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost goodwill, lost data, business interruption, or substitute services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zetdo total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Zetdo for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Zetdo against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your data, your business, your messages, your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email, in-app notice, or website notice at least 30 days before they take effect, unless the change is required sooner for legal, security, provider, or operational reasons.
Continuing to use Zetdo after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using Zetdo and cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
16. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer or data-protection laws in your location require otherwise. The courts of Salvador, Bahia, Brazil will have jurisdiction unless applicable law requires a different forum.
