Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Zetdo uses cookies, local storage, IndexedDB, and similar browser technologies on the public website, the Zetdo app, and related services.

1. What cookies and browser storage are
Cookies are small text files stored by a website in your browser. Local storage, session storage, and IndexedDB are browser storage technologies that help a web app remember preferences, keep sessions working, and operate reliably.
In this policy, "cookies" includes cookies and similar browser technologies unless the context says otherwise.
2. Our current approach
Zetdo uses essential browser storage needed to provide the website and service. The public marketing website at zetdo.com does not currently use advertising trackers or behavioral analytics cookies.
If we introduce analytics, advertising, remarketing, heatmaps, or other non-essential tracking, we will update this policy and request consent where required before those technologies are used.
3. Public website storage
- Language preference: remembers whether you prefer the English or Portuguese site.
- Region or currency preference: remembers the market or currency used for pricing display.
- Cookie notice dismissal: remembers that you dismissed the cookie transparency notice so we do not show it repeatedly.
- Technical site storage: supports routing, form behavior, accessibility, and reliable page operation where needed.
4. App storage
- Authentication storage: Firebase Auth and related browser storage keep you signed in and help protect account sessions.
- Company and workspace preferences: remembers selected company, language, theme, and workflow preferences.
- Security and reliability storage: supports request authentication, abuse prevention, error recovery, and safe app operation.
- Billing flow storage: Stripe checkout or billing portal pages may use cookies and browser storage under Stripe-controlled domains to process payments, prevent fraud, and keep billing sessions secure.
5. Categories we use
- Strictly necessary: required for login, security, billing, routing, preferences, and service operation. These cannot be disabled through Zetdo without affecting the service.
- Functional: remember choices such as language, region, currency, theme, selected company, or dismissed notices.
- Analytics: not currently used on zetdo.com. If introduced, we will explain the provider, purpose, retention, and consent choice.
- Advertising or remarketing: not currently used on zetdo.com.
6. Third-party cookies
Some third-party services used by Zetdo may set cookies or browser storage when you interact with their services, such as Firebase authentication, Stripe checkout or billing portal, app stores, or embedded provider flows. Those providers control their own cookies and publish their own notices.
7. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Doing so may sign you out, reset preferences, break billing flows, or prevent parts of Zetdo from working correctly.
If we add non-essential cookies, we will provide a way to accept, reject, and change choices where legally required.
