Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Zetdo subscription service and the zetdo.com website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Acceptance
By signing up for, accessing or using Zetdo, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@zetdo.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscription, billing and the launch discount
- Zetdo is offered as a paid monthly subscription on tiered plans (Solo, Studio, Atelier).
- During the pre-launch period, the Solo tier is offered at a 3-month launch discount of 50% off the list price. After three monthly payments, the regular Solo price applies.
- Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel any time from your account; cancellation stops the next renewal and does not refund the current period.
- Prices are shown in your local currency where supported. Tax is added at checkout where applicable.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Zetdo for illegal activity or to violate the rights of others.
- Reverse-engineer, copy or resell the service.
- Send spam, malware or abusive content through the service.
- Interfere with the integrity or performance of the service.
Your data
You own the data you enter into Zetdo. We process it on your behalf as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time and may close your account to delete it.
Service availability
We work to keep Zetdo available, but during the pre-launch period we do not offer a formal uptime SLA. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.
Intellectual property
The Zetdo name, brand, software and content are owned by Zetdo and protected by intellectual property law. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security or legal risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zetdo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least thirty days before they take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction Zetdo is incorporated in. Final jurisdiction will be specified in the launch version of these terms.
