Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Zetdo collects, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

This document is a working draft pending counsel review. It reflects current practice but is not a substitute for the final, lawyer-reviewed text we will publish before public launch.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to provide the service:

  • Account data: name, email, password (hashed), language and currency preferences.
  • Company data you enter: brand, team members, clients, products, services, quotes, jobs, stock, calendar entries.
  • Billing data: tier, billing country, invoice details. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our servers.
  • Usage data: device type, browser, IP-derived country, app actions used to debug and improve the product.
  • Support correspondence: messages you send to hello@zetdo.com or support@zetdo.com.

How we use it

  • Deliver and maintain the service.
  • Bill you and prevent payment fraud.
  • Provide support when you ask for it.
  • Detect abuse and protect accounts.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

Where we store it

Your data lives on Microsoft Azure. We are rolling out regional residency: EU customers in West Europe, Brazil customers in Brazil South. Until your region is enabled, data is stored in West Europe by default.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share data only with vendors we need to run the service:

  • Microsoft Azure (hosting and storage).
  • Our payment processor (billing). Card details are tokenized; we never see the full card number.
  • Email delivery vendors (transactional and notification email).
  • Authorities, when required by law and only to the extent required.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have rights under GDPR (EU/UK), LGPD (Brazil), CCPA (California) and similar laws. These commonly include:

  • Access — request a copy of your personal data.
  • Correction — fix inaccurate data.
  • Deletion — close your account and remove personal data, subject to legal retention.
  • Portability — export your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Objection — opt out of certain processing.
